SUPPORT
From volunteer activity specialists and homework tutors to the financial assistance of individuals and organizations, the Hāmākua Youth Center is able to serve our youth and families because of the generous support of our community and partners. Mahalo!
There are so many ways to contribute! Volunteer to share or teach a special skill, kokua by purchasing needed supplies, or donate today. Each gift is a rewarding and fulfilling way to pass on knowledge and opportunity to our future generations. If you would like to give your support, please CONTACT US by email or call (808) 775-0976.
HYC enrolls over 40 keiki each year in our after school, occasional weekend, intersession, and summer programs. Whether you are able to contribute supplies or provide monetary donations, we greatly appreciate the support of our community!

Partners
Behind the scenes of the Hāmākua Youth Center there is a lot of sweat and a few tears as we work to keep the center open to serve the needs of our keiki and families. This year more than ever. We are ever grateful for the many who step forward to give of their time, talents, and means to keep the center open and in pursuit of our mission to open doorways to the world by sharing life skills rooted in the Hawaiian values of kuleana, aloha, laulima, and mahalo.
